Joe Fonda

Joe Fonda is a composer, bassist, recording artist, interdisciplinary performer, producer and educator.
He is an accomplished international jazz artist, who has performed with his own ensembles throughout the United States, Europe and Asia, and has collaborated and worked as a side man with Anthony Braxton, Leo Smith, Archie Shepp, Ken Mcintyre, Lou Donaldson, Bill and Kenny Barron, Randy Weston, Han Bennink, Xu Fengia, Curtis Fuller, Slid Hampton, Ramon Lopez, Carla Bley, Bobby Naughton, Bill Dixon, Gebhard Ullmann.
time to time he goes on tour with blues ensembles, like teh internationally known blues band Sweet Daddy Cool Breeze formed in 1988 (The band shared the stage with blues legends like Buddy Guy, Koko Taylor, and Los Lobos) or The Debby Davis Trio.
This workshop is about playing the blues.
